Another garden visitor: my brother Randall. He's taking a road trip while on a break from playing trombone on a cruise ship. We snapped some pix before heading out to sing karaoke.

Ummm, I think that's by the Hollies, but 3 Dog Night should have done it!

We didn't sing Three Dog Night's song that evening, but it's most certainly on any K-list. I remember it as the B-side on the 45 we had growing up of Joy to the World — my favorite as a 2 year old.

And did you sing "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother" when you went to karaoke? I'm sure that's a karaoke standard!
