Good thing you didn't go on the Brownstone Brooklyn Garden Walk!

It's the curse of the plant acquirer. The grass is always greener, or the salvias bluer, if you don't have them.

It's a good excuse to arrange some plant swaps.

Looks like you might have Salvia nemorosa 'Blue Hill'? I like the lavender color. Maybe you should plant a deeper hued salvia or veronica next to it so you'll have some nice contrasted purples. Then you can have BOTH, and your neighbor will say...HEY! And seriously, you haven't stolen a stem cutting off of your neighbor's hydrangea yet???
